What are you going to do?

In this role, you will provide direct administrative support to the Director of Production and the Assembly leadership team by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing agendas, notes, and follow-up action items. You will maintain organized records and documentation, while also supporting production and assembly operations by tracking work orders, job statuses, and overall progress. This position plays a key role in ensuring communication and coordination between assembly, warehouse, and the works office, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation such as assembly instructions, checklists, and drawings.

You will be responsible for maintaining production reports, tracking key performance indicators, and updating data within systems such as ERP, SAP, or internal tools. Additional responsibilities include assisting with leadership reporting, managing timekeeping for production associates, and supporting onboarding and training coordination for new team members. Acting as a point of contact across departments including HR, warehouse, and management, you will help facilitate clear communication, assist with internal updates, and support coordination with external vendors when needed. This role also includes managing office and shop supplies, maintaining organized workspaces, and supporting audits, safety documentation, and compliance tracking to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job requirements

We ask

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience (manufacturing or production environment preferred)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Experience supporting production or assembly operations

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, 24Flow, or similar)
