Delivery Coordinator

What are you going to do?

• Responds to phone calls and emails throughout the day from customers

• Verifies customer information to create accurate quotes, including using electrical and mechanical drawings, SAP, equipment history data, etc.

• Creates parts and tooling quotes

• Follows-up and upsells customers on open quotes

• Processes part returns

• Cross trains in Warehouse operations

• Responsible for covering office shift during rotational process

• Updates our material requirements planning (MRP) system(s) with accurate lead times and proactively updates customers on order status

• Reports any issues or concerns impacting business operations to Parts Manager and provides recommendations for improvement where possible

• And other duties as assigned by management  

We ask

• Experience in using SAP application preferred

• Computer proficiency required (i.e., Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook, Teams, etc.) at least one year

• Technical, mechanical, electrical, aptitude is a plus

• Ability to demonstrate clear attention to detail

• High school diploma or GED required

• Associate degree preferred
