What are you going to do?

Technical Review & Part Identification

• Review customer information, equipment manuals, PDFs, wiring diagrams, JT files, and photos to ensure the correct parts are identified.

• Gather detailed technical data needed to support accurate parts selection and customer inquiries.

  Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other technical documents to identify parts, dimensions, materials, and assembly details.

• Verify part compatibility based on machine design, electrical layouts, and mechanical requirements.

  Component Substitution & Alternative Solutions

• Recommend suitable replacement components when original parts are unavailable, including cables, wiring, motors, sensors, and other mechanical or electrical components.

• Evaluate technical specifications to ensure recommended substitutes meet performance and safety requirements.

Obsolete & Hard-to-Find Parts Research

• Research aging or outdated items and identify modern equivalents or compatible replacement options.

• Work with vendors and suppliers to source legacy components or explore new alternatives.

• Communicate with customers and internal teams to clarify part requirements, troubleshooting issues, and provide timely updates.

We ask

• Experience working with industrial equipment, machinery, CNC systems, manufacturing, technical parts support, or similar technical environments.

• Strong mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical aptitude, including the ability to identify industrial components and understand machine functionality.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting equipment manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, PDFs, and technical drawings.

• Familiarity with CNC machinery, mechanical assemblies, electrical systems, and industrial components such as motors, sensors, drives, cables, and wiring harnesses.

• Experience in performing parts identification, technical troubleshooting, or product support for machinery or industrial equipment.

• Ability to understand component specifications such as voltage, current, torque, RPM, connector types, tolerances, materials, and environmental ratings

• Candidates with backgrounds in Parts Coordination, Inside Sales Engineering, Parts Sales, Product Support, Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, or Field Service are strongly encouraged to apply.
