At Voortman, we offer talent for the future every opportunity to learn and develop. Would you like to combine working and learning in a BBL track? You can! We work a lot together with REMO West-Twente, the technical training center for BBL students. But of course you can also come to us if you are studying at another school. We are happy to give you the opportunity to gain experience and get to know our company.
Are you 15 or older and looking for a side job? At Voortman you can put into practice what you learn at school. Our team is young and enthusiastic and likes to roll up their sleeves alongside their studies. Interests vary, from mechatronics to construction engineering or welding. But despite this, the young people who have a side job at Voortman have one thing in common: learning the craftsmanship for which they are being trained in practice!

Finance
Every intern at Voortman receives a fixed salary for their work and/or research: €600 per month.
We will cover the travel expenses you incur. That way you won't incur any unnecessary expenses!
Everything you need to carry out your internship or graduation assignment. we arrange. Think for example of a laptop, special tools or software.
Good supervision is important, so you will have a permanent coach during your internship or graduation assignment. An expert in your field will be there to support you where necessary during your employment.
We give you all the tools and space you need to further develop yourself. Think about trainings, courses or attending seminars!
If you like what you see, we will be happy to offer you an additional job! There is a good chance that you can conduct your own research or take the next step within the organization.
