What are you going to do?

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers. You will identify opportunities to upsell maintenance packages and introduce new software products, enhancing operational efficiency and providing valuable insights into machinery output. Your efforts will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, fostering long-term relationships.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, machinery requirements, and pain points.

  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities for maintenance packages, consumables, and new software products.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to strategize customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Conduct regular meetings and occasional site visits with customers to assess needs and address concerns.

  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of maintenance packages and software products.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and product development teams to meet customer needs.

  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements and enhancements.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial management or a related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) for at least 2–3 years.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing excellent customer service.

  • High school diploma or GED required.
