Account Manager/ Sales Engineer Poland

What are you going to do?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager/ Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth in the Polish market. You will be and maximizing all of our after-sales opportunities and ensuring an accurate order processing.

In this role you have multiple responsibilities. You’re not just the face of Voortman for our customers—you’re also responsible for selling our service contracts and excelling in relationship management. You know our services inside and out and have a keen eye for identifying customer needs and spotting new opportunities. You will also be responsible for the engagement of our customers on the webshop.

The highlights:

• Drive revenue growth through after-sales products and services, like training sessions or parts & consumables;

• Process and follow up on client request promptly to uphold service standards;

• Retain existing clients and engage non-buying clients to boost sales;

• Recommend appropriate tooling for clients;

• Addressing service-related concerns in the organization and ensuring the customer is helped as quickly as possible;

• Ensure customers are up to date with service contracts, actively promoting renewals and new sales.

We ask

• A good understanding of the English language both spoken and written, preferably residing in the area around Gorlice;

• A proactive approach—you spot opportunities and seize them;

• Preferably some years of experience in a sales or commercial role within a technical organization;

• Willingness to travel through Poland (approximately 20% of your time). Weekends are usually spent at home, though occasional exceptions may apply.
