What are you going to do?
In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for employee relations and HR support, acting as a primary point of contact for employees seeking guidance on policies, procedures, and workplace concerns. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive and supportive work environment by addressing employee relations matters such as investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Partnering closely with leaders, you will provide thoughtful guidance on coaching, disciplinary actions, and strategies that strengthen engagement and team effectiveness.
You will also support HR administration and compliance by maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local employment laws. With a strong focus on fairness and consistency, you’ll help administer company policies and contribute to workplace safety and compliance initiatives that promote a respectful and secure environment for all employees. Additionally, you will oversee employee benefits programs, assist with enrollments and changes, and serve as a responsive resource for questions related to benefits and leave programs, while collaborating with payroll to ensure accurate data and timekeeping.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through coordinating training and development initiatives, tracking certifications, and supporting leadership development efforts. You will maintain HRIS data integrity, generate key reports, and identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve systems. By leveraging modern HR technologies and AI-enabled tools, you’ll help uncover workforce insights, support data-driven decisions, and continuously improve efficiency and the overall employee experience
Job requirements
We ask
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
2–5 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field(preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
