Summary
We are seeking Delivery Engineer to join our team at Voortman USA LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that delivered equipment operates at peak performance. This is achieved through expert troubleshooting, training, and ongoing remote technical support.
Position Objective:
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Enhance operational efficiency and provide valuable insights into machinery output.
Drive customer satisfaction
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide troubleshooting support to ensure optimal machine performance for customers
Perform diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues
Offer remote assistance for parts replacement and routine maintenance
Communicate clearly and professionally with machine operators and customer personnel to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Collect and report customer feedback regarding machine performance, reliability, and usability
Participate in ongoing training to develop and maintain relevant technical knowledge and skills
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Job requirements
Valid driver's license and passport for international travel
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 80%
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of CNC machinery
Knowledge of electrical plans (e-plans)
Ability to read and interpret schematics
Experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to provide technical support and training
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
2–3 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry
At least two years of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
