Installation Engineer

What are you going to do?

As an Installation Engineer, you are the adventurer who focuses entirely on assembling and installing our advanced steel processing machines at customer sites around the world. You’ll travel to clients in the United States, Europe, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom, ensuring that the machines are perfectly assembled and installed.

Your responsibilities include:

• Installing machines and complete production lines at customer locations;

• Ensuring a smooth handover of tasks to the Commissioning Engineer;

• Continuously communicating with colleagues and customers about the project status;

• Thinking proactively about process improvements, always with a focus on achieving the best results for the customer;

• Working flexibly and traveling to various projects, typically 3 weeks on-site and 1 week at home.

We ask

• MBO-level working and thinking ability in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline;

• Interest in both mechanical and electrical work, with the ability to understand both aspects of a machine;

• Willingness to travel internationally – you’ll often be on-site for 3 weeks and at home for 1 week;

• Good command of the English language.
