Staff Association

Our Staff Association has over 300 members, who contribute a small amount each month for fun events and sporty activities throughout the year. Such as bites & kicks, get-togethers, barbecues and every other year we all go away for a weekend!

Indoor football competition

Every year we organize an indoor soccer competition where colleagues compete in teams for a trophy and eternal fame.

Voortman Ski Club

Each year the members of the Voortman Ski Club are looking forward to January, because that's when we leave for Austria for our annual ski trip. Three days of skiing, snowboarding and... Après-ski! Transportation, hotel, food & drinks and ski pass are all arranged by Voortman.

Pubquiz

One of the highlights of the year! During the pub quiz, teams compete against each other for a trophy and the glorious right to brag to colleagues for a year. Which team has the most knowledge?

Running Competition

We sponsor a local running competition. And of course we will then participate ourselves with a number of teams! Are you a beginning runner? No problem! We have set up a weekly training program so you will be fit at the start.

Our culture

Common sense combined with professionalism and a passion for it predominate in our company. Do you have a good idea? Then go ahead and do it! You won't get anywhere if you don't try. Entrepreneurialism is in our blood. And it shows, you can feel it and see it wherever you are in our company.

We welcome new colleagues every month and celebrate a service anniversary almost as often. We believe in sharing knowledge and enjoy learning from each other. Develop, improve and automate. We are constantly seeking the technological boundaries by combining our expertise with new technologies. This provides us with many new insights that we convert into user-friendly and futureproof solutions in our software and machines.
