developing yourself during your first job
TRAINEESHIP
Just graduated higher vocational education or university? Congratulations, you are ready for your first job. At voortman, we offer you a traineeship. We do so for a good reason. You have just come from being a student and suddenly you are at work. Something is expected from you and not just at a professional level. We also believe it is most important for instance that you should have a clear self-image, be able to work well with colleagues and work with a project-based approach. All this is not self-evident and although we cannot expect it from you either, we can help you to develop in this regard.
A flying start to your career
Where will your career start? Which company will ensure that you return to work every day with pleasure and offers time for you to develop in your profession and on a personal level? When you join Voortman, we find it very important that you feel at home. That's why we offer you a one-year traineeship aimed at developing your soft skills. It offers you a great basis for your further career. We give you the opportunity to keep learning and developing. Because we find it just as important as you that you enjoy going to work every day.
The advantages of a Voortman Traineeship
The first year of your career couldn't get off to a better start. You have all the theoretical knowledge you need to get started, but we also think it's important that you can work well together, can work in projects and know the basics of personal effectiveness. These, and other soft skills, are covered in the traineeship.
You won't have to do your traineeship alone, as you will be joined by other starters at Voortman. A good way to get to know colleagues from all over the organization. You learn with each other and from each other.
Did you know that our previous group of trainees transformed 'Looping Louie' into a special Voortman edition? In the Voortman colors and with corresponding assignments. Colleagues from different departments provide challenging brainteasers that you work on together with your fellow trainees during the traineeship.
