VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE PATHWAY

At Voortman, we offer talent for the future every opportunity to learn and develop. Would you like to combine working and learning in a vocational guidance pathway? You can! We work a lot together with REMO West-Twente, the technical training center for vocational guidance students. But of course you can also come to us if you are studying at another school. We are happy to give you the opportunity to gain experience and get to know our company.

Working and learning at the same time?

Voortman is a recognized training company with certified practical trainers. As a vocational guidance student, you will receive the guidance you need from us. You will be fully part of the team. And because at Voortman we do everything from welding to assembly, you can discover all aspects of the trade. And do you like it at Voortman and do both sides like it? Who knows, maybe you will stay on with us after your apprenticeship. You certainly won't be the first!

Enjoy a freshly prepared lunch every day in our brand-new company restaurant Steely's! The menu changes daily and there is something for everyone. Mark your calendar: Friday = snack day. To keep the balance, there is also free fruit every day for all colleagues.

Need a break? Play FIFA on our PS5, challenge your colleagues to a game of table tennis, play a board game or show off your skills in our panna cage! Plenty of choice to clear your head with your colleagues.
