Are you a driven and commercial talent with a passion for technology? Do you have an affinity with steel processing machines? Then this is your chance! We are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our team in the UK.

What are you going to do?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to drive revenue growth in the UK market, focusing on after-sales products. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing all of our after-sales opportunities.

In this role you have multiple responsibilities. You’re not just the face of Voortman for our customers—you’re also responsible for selling our service contracts and excelling in relationship management. You know our services inside and out and have a keen eye for identifying customer needs and spotting new opportunities.

As an Account Manager, you are their first point of contact. Once the Sales team has sold a machine, the client is handed over to you for a long-term relationship. You also act as their voice within our organization. If any issues arise, you step in to ensure a smooth and satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.

The highlights:

  • Drive revenue growth through after-sales products and services, like training sessions or parts & consumables;
  • Retain existing clients and engage non-buying clients to boost sales;
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for customers, ensuring service excellence;
  • Addressing service-related concerns in the organization and ensuring the customer is helped as quickly as possible;
  • Ensure customers are up to date with service contracts, actively promoting renewals and new sales.
