Internship/Thesis: Create an app for the rejection process
DIGI-STEEL is revolutionizing the steel processing industry with its fully cloud-based software solution. Our goal is to guide steel processors into the Industry 4.0 era, making their operations more efficient and productive. In this assignment we focus on the plate processing customers.
What are you going to do?
The plate processing industry involves a series of intricate steps, ranging from cutting, deburring, beveling, drill/tap, bending, to coating. The primary objective of this graduation assignment is to develop an application tailored to the rejection process. When an error occurs in any stage, the component must either undergo re-production or be returned to a previous or separate workstation. Presently, this process often involves a cumbersome exchange of phone calls and emails. The aim of this assignment is to create an application within the environment of Amazon Web Services (AWS) that streamlines the rejection process.
This assignment includes several key tasks:
- Thoroughly conceptualizing the reject process;
- Designing and developing an application within AWS;
- Testing the application within our own production environment.

We are looking for
- You are studying Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Business Information Technology or Computer Science.
